TIM PARRETT
DIRECTOR
Tim has over 35 years industry experience and was the Head of Development Delivery and Head of Building Control at Ashford Borough Council from the 1990s – 2017.
In 2004 Tim was elected as Chairman of Kent Building Control Managers and in 2007 was elected as Chairman of the South East Region of LABC (Local Authority Building Control) which he relinquished in 2016.
In 2014 Tim became a member of the Construction Industry Council Approved Inspector Register (CICAIR) Ltd panel examining applications for Approved Inspectors, undertaking surveillance audits in the monitoring phase of re approvals and sitting on disciplinary panels determining complaints and sanctions against Approved Inspectors.
IAIN BUTLER-GALLIE
DIRECTOR
Iain has over 30 years industry experience and has held senior roles in both Local Authorities and Approved Inspector firms.
Iain has worked on projects such as: works on the Palace of Westminster, the Ministry of Defence, several hospitals, public houses, supermarkets, universities and many residential properties.
Iain was a lecturer at the University of Leeds in the MSc Fire Engineering course and has been a guest lecturer in many other establishments. He is well known for his partnership work having formed various successful relationships with some of the biggest organisations in London and the South East.
